
Finally after many years we have a a mix from tracks selected by Colin Curtis. Colin has been at the forefront of dance jazz from the late 70`s onwards and is higly regarded as one of the best DJ`s for Jazz/Soul & House music. The tracks selected here are from a list supplied to Mark Cotgrove ( aka Snowboy), for his latest book From Jazz Funk & Fusion To Acid Jazz. (review to follow soon).
Colin was the main DJ at 3 jazz venues in the North West UK , as well as others around the country , during the late 70`s and early 80`s . The main ones being -The Blackpool Mecca, Rafters and later The Berlin, both in Manchester. Colin is now a main member in Fro-Disia.
